Carnívoros restaurant has five locations in Bogotá: Salitre, Norte, Usaquén and Paloquemao. Its menu is inspired by the typical flavors of the Orinoco region (eastern plains) and the Central region (Cundinamarca-Boyacá highlands) of Colombia. The menu offers beef, pork, and pork rinds of the highest quality prepared on embers in a wood-fired oven. This place has been recognized for preparing one of the best pork rinds in Bogotá.
