This library is located in the Santa Fe locality, at Calle 24 and Carrera 5ª. Its exclusive collection of personal files includes some figures of national life, such as intellectuals, writers, and politicians, whom you will meet during your guided tour.
In addition to enjoying a magnificent building, the National Library of Colombia contains more than 2 million pieces, from manuscripts to photographs to audiovisual material, and more than 30,000 books published before 1800! This cultural space is today a recurring meeting place for academics, students, and artists.
