We will start in the village's main square, one of the largest in Latin America for towns of this type, where we will talk about its foundation, the history of the valley of Saquencipà, and some emblematic houses of its framework.
We will visit Antonio Nariño Park to talk about the life and work of this independence hero. Afterward, we will pass through Antonio Ricaurte Park, where we will learn a bit about his biography and his importance as a Granada army officer. We will finish this tour at the Paleontological Museum, which is dedicated to the research and preservation of the region's fossils.
They will give us a guided tour of the permanent collection housed in an old wheat mill that was given to the National University of Colombia for this purpose. It will be an unforgettable experience.
