On this trekking route, we will enjoy the explanation of the doctrinal complex of Sáchica (monuments of the park from the 16th and 17th centuries) and the cave paintings of the Muisca culture of Sáchica, the archaeological heritage of the nation. These paintings are a series in a rocky shelter, probably representing astronomical calendars, mountains, crops, faces, insects, birds, and abstract figures of the Muisca culture (original inhabitants of this territory at the arrival of the Spaniards in the 16th century). With a professional explanation of this place and a sense of belonging, we intend that our cultural richness remains and is sustainable in the long term. We will enjoy the territory's nature, mountains, and landscapes through traditional and ancestral paths. The trip will last 3 to 4 hours and a half.
