Gastronomy Gastrofest, the Festival Gastronómico de Bogotá y la Región of the Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá (CCB), is ready to unleash a wave of flavor, creativity, and culinary diversity in the city. This event is pure passion for food!
A Little Bit of History
Imagine a festival that was conceived with the mission of exalting the flavors and aromas of Bogota and its surroundings. That is precisely what the CCB did when it created Gastrofest. Since its first edition, held in 2022, this festival has become a true celebration of local gastronomy and a showcase for talented chefs and entrepreneurs from Bogota and the Region.
2023 Edition: A Festival not to forget!
This year, Gastrofest returns with an edition that promises to exceed all expectations. From November 3 to 19, the city will be filled with delicious aromas and exquisite dishes. But the excitement does not stop! There will be 100 locations in Bogota and 40 in the Sabana (Center in Cundinamarca) including culinary gems from municipalities such as: Cajicá, Chía, Cogua, Cota, Gachancipá, Nemocón, Sopó, Tabio, Tenjo, Tocancipá and Zipaquirá.
During this festival, diners will be able to enjoy dishes selected by participating establishments at lower prices. However, Gastrofest is not only limited to the commercialization of menus and gastronomic proposals, but also offers a mentoring process at no cost that includes a business diagnosis for the selected establishments, and a digital showcase through social networks where participants can showcase their culinary proposals.
