The Fado Festival is returning to Bogotá on November 9 and 10, 2024! This year, the festival will feature two outstanding artists of traditional Portuguese music: António Zambujo on November 9 and Raquel Tavares on November 10. The central theme of the festival is "Fado and Freedom," in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Carnation Revolution.

The National Symphony Orchestra of Colombia and the National Choir of Colombia, under the direction of Hungarian conductor Gábor Hollerung—winner of the Liszt Ferenc Choir Conducting Competition—will perform one of the most significant non-operatic works by the renowned Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi: the 'Requiem Mass.' This piece premiered in 1874 in honor of Alessandro Manzoni, a writer and poet who, like Verdi, was a symbol of nationalism and unity for his country.

The legendary American band will perform at Movistar Arena, in the heart of Bogotá. The authors of classic songs such as Africa, I'll Be Over You, Rosanna, and Hold The Line, among many others, will be performing in the Colombian capital on November 18. This band has been considered one of the most prestigious bands in North America since the 1980s. Their hit song Africa reached number one on the Billboard chart Another of their greatest hits, Rosanna, secured the number two position on the Billboard chart and held that spot for 23 weeks.

On November 24, the Colombian capital will host a new edition of CORREMITIERRA, the most beloved running event for Colombians. Thousands of runners from both national and international levels will gather for the final race of the year through the streets of Bogotá. Participants can choose from several race options: Half Marathon, 15k, 10k, or 5k.

KEANE, one of the most influential bands in Great Britain, returns to Colombia to perform one of the most significant albums of their career, Hopes and Fears. The concert will take place on November 23 at the Chamorro City Hall in Bogotá.
