The International Festival of Living Arts FIAV arrives in Bogotá with the best in theater, dance, street theater, circus, puppetry and marionettes, opera, music, singing, multimedia, and avant-garde from around the world.
More than 400 artists will turn the capital into a carnival, bringing a powerful presence from Bogotá and the Pacific, the national region invited as guest of honor.
