TEATRO MAYOR JULIO MARIO SANTO DOMINGO
The Julio Mario Santo Domingo Public Library Cultural Center ( including the Teatro Mayor and the Estudio) is a public infrastructure donated by the Santo Domingo family of Bogotá. There, various artistic and cultural samples are exhibited. The place has 2 spaces-rooms for all kinds of shows, offers a panoramic view of the city and maintains an impeccable sound reception.
MEXICO THEATER, FUNDADORES AUDITORIUM
The Fundadores auditorium of the Universidad Central is a cozy 2-story room that provides an intimate atmosphere for private or corporate activities such as conferences, forums, seminars, cycles, film festivals, among others. The place has an ideal screen and modern technology to project audiovisual works.
MEXICO THEATER, JORGE ENRIQUE MOLINA AUDITORIUM
The Jorge Enrique Molina Theater of the Universidad Central (declared a Cultural Asset in July 2001) is ideal for high-attendance events; it has a seating capacity of 1,288 attendees, modern equipment, and pleasant attributes in its facilities. Moreover, the theater has dressing rooms, a giant screen and a VIP lounge.
BOGOTA THEATER
The Bogotá Theater of the Universidad Central is optimal for developing academic and artistic activities. With unique acoustic characteristics, this stage is suitable for performing scenic and musical works such as voice recitals, operas, operettas, chamber music, and concerts, as required.
FAENZA THEATER
The Faenza Theater of the Universidad Central is suitable for developing artistic presentations of different genres such as plays, musical concerts, dance events and art festivals. Other activities can also be programmed there: academic conferences, art exhibitions, recording of television programs, photographic sessions, parades, social gatherings, conventions, among others.
OPEN-AIR THEATER LA MEDIA TORTA
The open-air theater La Media Torta, founded in 1938 and donated by the British Council, has been a stage for urban diversity. You can discover the new forms of popular cultural expression present in Bogota. From musical groups to theatrical, comedy and dance collectives have passed through its stages.
COLÓN THEATER
With more than 128 years of history, the Colón Theater has become the main production center for the representative and musical arts in the country. Its objective is to promote the creation, circulation and formation of diverse artistic languages through quality shows for all types of audiences. It offers 3 spaces-rooms ideal for the organization of events.
