Since its founding in 1986, the Guarneri Trio has been celebrated as one of the most distinguished piano, violin, and cello ensembles in classical music. In honor of the Czech Music Year 2024, the trio will perform a program featuring three iconic works by renowned Czech composers: Elegy by Josef Suk, Piano Trio by Bedřich Smetana, and Dumky by Antonín Dvořák.

Puerto Candelaria is a fantastic Colombian sound explosion that has crossed borders. It has created its own unique style and has build a road not only in music but also in theater, dance, cinema, and humor, all of which are used to express the absurd, the magic, and the diversity of Colombia.

The National Symphony Orchestra of Colombia, along with Célimène Daudet —an outstanding pianist heiress of the France and Haiti cultures— will perform Frédéric Chopin's 'Piano Concerto No. 1'. The orchestra, under the direction of Alejandro Posada, will also perform works by two Hungarian composers: Zoltán Kodály's 'Dances of Galanta' and Béla Bartók's 'The Wonderful Mandarin.' Additionally, 'Supernova' by Andrés Felipe Poveda, winner of the Plataforma 28 call, will be performed as an overture.
