The Tolú Restaurant is in La Perseverancia Marketplace (La Macarena neighborhood). This establishment offers typical dishes from the Cundiboyancence highlands and some Colombian Caribbean regions. In 2016 Tolú won the prize for the best ajiaco santafereño of Bogotá (a recognition awarded by the Bogotá Tourism Office - IDT).
