- Particular car: To the first vegetable garden located in the Virgilio Barco Public Library (Av. Carrera 60 # 57- 60).
- Transmilenio: Go to Campín Station, and from there, take Calle 53 to La Esmeralda Avenue, where you will arrive at the Virgilio Barco Library Park.
- SITP or bus: Identify your nearest route along Calle 63 and get off at the bus stop located at AC 63 Tv 59 A. Then, head on foot along Calle 63, where you will find the entrance to the Virgilio Barco Library park.
- Under the motto “Give and Receive,” this route consists of four vegetable gardens located along a 10.4-kilometer route that begins at the Virgilio Barco public library (Av. Carrera 60 # 57- 60), which was declared of National Cultural Interest in 2007.
- The tour continues to Funcener (Fundación Centro de Entrenamiento en Energías Renovables Calle 55 Bis No. 16 - 32), a sustainable construction house in Bogotá and a training center in renewable energies for climate change mitigation and adaptation.
- Then, visit the El Camino vegetable garden (Cra. 69 # 47 - 87), located in the Vida Hogar community of the Secretariat of Social Integration.
- The tour ends at the vegetable garden of the Botanical Garden of Bogotá (Calle 63 No. 68 - 95).
- The tour can be done on foot or by bicycle, as these sectors are between the Teusaquillo and Engativá localities.
